Service

• Core Function: Creative Artistic Works identifies matching agents and publishers most likely to champion the specific manuscript.
• Author Responsibility: The author receives the vetted short list and performs the manual submission process.
• Service Boundary: This service does not include proxy query submission. Creative Artistic works identifies matching leads but does not submit to them.

Process

Step 1: Title Onboarding

We collaborate with you to identify key features of the manuscript's metadata and marketing position and create a unique search profile for your title.

Step 2: Lead Selection

Choose the number of new leads you wish to acquire. We then identify active agents and/or publishers whose current interests and sales history align with your specific profile and are accepting unsolicited queries within the last 48 hours.

Deliverable

We will deliver a list of matching agents/publishers who were actively accepting unsolicited queries within the last 48 hours, up to the total number of requested matches. Because this information is time sensitive, the leads may be delivered piecemeal. You will be refunded for the number of leads requested but not found.
