The Author Showcase is a premium, managed service designed to provide writers with a high-authority digital home.

All pricing includes initial professional setup, a 30-day refinement period (two rounds of comprehensive refinements unless otherwise indicated), an annual analytics report, and the first year’s annual maintenance fee (unless otherwise indicated). Except where included in the price, content changes after the first 30 days may require an administrative fee. The annual maintenance fee applies to second and subsequent years of service to cover continued hosting, security, and platform updates.

All author showcases require the author to submit materials to Creative Artistic Works. The following materials are suggested to get your showcase started:


  • Self Portrait (as you want it to appear on the site)
  • Name or Pseudonym
  • Tagline
  • Call to Action
  • Contact information (for fans/visitors)
  • Professional website(s) if you have them
  • Social media links if you have them
  • List of creative works grouped as you want them presented on the site (Image or cover art if available)
  • One title you wish to spotlight
  • By line
  • Tag Line
  • Call to Action
  • Status
  • Intended Audience
  • Genre
  • Other information potential audience might want to know (e.g., trigger/spoiler warning)
  • Teaser/synopsis/sample
  • Primary character list
  • Narrative personal sketch for each if available
  • One visual artifact that represents or clarifies something about the book (e.g., illustration, map) along with caption if desired
  • Direct purchase links


Tier 2 Onboarding

Tier 2 Showcases need the following additional information:

Tier 3 Onboarding

Tier 3 showcases need all general information and information required for Tier 2 plus:


  • Showcase and spotlight branding preferences (e.g., colors, fonts)
  • High resolution
  • Author head shot (Photo)
  • Book cover images
  • Action shots (e.g., speaking at event, signing books)
  • The Elevator Pitch (50 words): A one-sentence "hook" about who they are and what they write.
  • Pitches
  • One-sentence
  • One-paragraph

  • Biography in multiple formats
  • The Medium Bio (150 words): Ideal for event introductions or blog sidebars.
  • The Full Bio (300+ words): Detailed background, including achievements, inspirations, and personal journey.

  • Metadata: Title, Genre, Target Audience, Publisher, Release Date, Page Count, ISBN
  • Pricing and Formats: Hardcover, E-book, audiobook
