Your Role in Your Success

As the Creator, you are responsible for producing and delivering the materials needed for CAW to provide the requested service. The timeliness and accuracy of CAW’s services depend entirely on the timeliness and accuracy of the materials you provide and your responsiveness to CAW inquiries.

CAW will use your provided materials to deliver the promised service. We will reach out to you if questions arise regarding quality, content, or missing materials. Every service you request will receive professional attention to detail and dedicated administrative care.

Ownership and Authority

Creative Artistic Works is a service-based platform.

• Not an Agent, Gallery, Publisher, or Studio: We are not Agents, Galleries, Publishers, or Studios. We do not represent authors for a percentage of sales.
• No IP Rights: We do not buy or license your intellectual property. Unless otherwise negotiated, creators retain full ownership and control of their work.
