Our Origin

Inspired by an Author for all Authors

Creative Artistic Works (CAW), L.L.C. was inspired by an author who had completed several books but struggled to navigate the publishing process. The experience revealed a larger problem: creative work often requires far more than writing, making, or imagining. It requires presentation, organization, technical support, and a path through systems that can be difficult to understand.

Prompted by those concerns, Katharine Ball Ricks, PhD, founded Creative Artistic Works, L.L.C. to help creators move their work toward public visibility with more clarity and confidence. CAW reflects Kathie’s belief that creative work should not be hidden behind unnecessary bureaucracy, and that it should not take a PhD to bring meaningful work in front of an audience.
